Meet the Heartbreakers
Radu Bădilaș
Artist Manager / Music ProducerI’ve been lucky enough to take a step on every side of the music industry: in the studio working on music for talented artists, on stage playing in front of a crowd, directing and shooting music videos, as well as working corporate jobs at record labels and international music distribution companies - all the while gathering a jack of all trades skillset from each and nurturing a fierce passion for developing artist projects and watching them grow to their full potential.
Raluca Zaharia
Booking Agent / Events ManagerFrom recruitment & sales to corporate event planning, I’ve built solid experience in scouting, negotiations, on-site logistics and project management. Working in the music industry was the way to bring all of that together for something I truly care about: supporting independent artists and helping them reach the audience they deserve through proactive booking and end-to-end production.
